Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) in NAHEP

A three tier Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) has been put in place to establish a fair and transparent system for use by stakeholders, as per the Environmental and Social Standard (ESS 10), which from the part of the World Bank’s 2016 Environmental and Social Framework. The objective of the grievance redress mechanism is “To provide an access to stakeholders to complain and ensure grievance promptly registered, responded and redressed to, and problems and solutions are identified by working together”. This system will help to be more responsive with quick reach,high rates of disposal and reduction in average disposal time
