Objective: 1. To impart hands on training to faculty and PG students of Livestock Products Technology and Dairy Technology departments. 2. To educate the trainees on innovations in value addition of milk and meat products.
Pre Event Description :
The Department of Livestock Products Technology, BVC in collaboration with Dairy Technology, SGIDT is going to organize a workshop on “Recent advances in Livestock Products Processing” on 06th to 07th March, 2020. The workshop will provide platform for hands on training of faculty and PG students of Livestock Products Technology and Dairy Technology as well as lecture by experts of National repute on advances in Technology of milk and meat processing. It will help in skill upgradation of trainees and furthermore large number of trainees can be trained in shortest possible time.
